Note: I (L.J.) shared the below live and in Whatcom County Council chambers. The Whatcom County Council would go on to vote 5-2 in favor of renewing funding for Northwest Youth Services; it was the Council’s first 5-2 vote (generally 4-3) for NWYS in memory.
